Will was born in Bexley, Ohio and graduated from Bexley High School in 2013. He graduated from Wittenberg University in 2017 where he played football and was the starting Kicker and Punter for 4 years. Will became a licensed Realtor in 2017, and switched over to Rich Russo Realty & Co. in 2024. Since joining the brokerage, Will’s biggest passion in real estate has become helping friends and clients make one of the largest purchases of their life with as little stress as possible.

Will also coaches Varsity boys golf and tennis, and JV boys basketball at Bexley High school. Will is a Realtor and Coach who has a passion working with others.
